I discovered this gem upon moving to the area about two years ago. Everyone here is exceptionally kind and caring and they always make you feel welcomed. I've been going to Kristen for all of my services and she SLAYS every time! I've gotten a regular brow waxing, brow boost, and lash lift and tint and I was extremely satisfied with each service. I definitely recommend Kristen if you're looking for someone's who's caring, gentle, gets to know you, and perfects your brows each and every time.

I travel 1 hour plus from the Rockaways to have my eyebrows and eyelashes groomed at Wax Republic! They are excellent at what they do and they are also soooo very welcoming. Customer service is 10 stars! They are nestled in the cute little town with a great coffee shop right next door. There is also plenty of parking around on the streets. I have had my share of both good and bad experiences in the hair removal/grooming space so I definitely know the difference. Look no further if you are trying to find a new home for your eyebrows and lashes!

I've been going to Wax Republic for almost two years now for lash lifts and waxing and I can honestly say I don't think I'll ever find a better salon for the rest of my life! The waxing is not painful and Lisa is amazing at making you feel comfortable during the whole process. With respect to lash lifts, Kristen is absolutely unbelievable at what she does. I've been other places for lash lifts and I've never ever had the results I do now until Kristen had a chance to work on my unruly lashes. She cares so much about her clients and their results and has never let me down! I will be a faithful client for years and years to come.

I’ve been going to Kristen at Wax Republic for a few months now for my eyebrows. I’ve alternated between lamentation and tinting. Every single time, they come out absolutely perfect! I’ve done lamentation a few times prior at other places and I never got the results that I get from this place! Kristen is amazing. She’s such a perfectionist and spends so much time with me, paying such close attention to detail and making sure that they out exactly the way I want. I am so so so happy with the way she has totally transformed my eyebrows! Plus, she is really personable and fun to chat with, I always look forward to my appointments with her. The staff was professional, kind, and took the time to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. I was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the service.
